Tips for visiting the shop during the World Cup ⚽️

Records Forever Storefront

From June 11 through July 19, parking near the store will either be restricted to residents or simply a challenge due to the FIFA Fan Festival (the official free community viewing area and fairgrounds) at Lemon Hill.

We encourage you to take public transportation or use a ride-share service when coming to Fairmount during this time, whether you are shopping at Records Forever, going to Lemon Hill for the Cup festivities, or visiting any of the neighborhood’s restaurants or shops.

All of that said, we WILL have a limited amount of temporary parking passes that we can lend out while you are shopping with us.

Give us a call ahead of time or stop by the register when you get here and we’ll give you a hanging placard to put in your car. We will need the pass back when you leave the area, so we will need some kind of collateral, like a credit card, ID, or your original UK pressing of Wire’s Pink Flag. While not the most convenient way to work around all of this, it’s worth a try.

We have put links to resources and more information from the city, PPA, Park to Broad @parktobroad, and FIFA at linktr.ee/recordsforever.

Thanks for hanging in there during the disruptions. We hope you get to enjoy the good things the Cup brings. 🏟️
